The firm also handles litigation of employment matters and has represented employers in litigation or administrative proceedings in these areas: affirmative action plans and OFCCP audits; Americans with Disabilities Act; Age Discrimination in Employment Act; Department of Labor investigations; EEOC investigations and charges; Title VII discrimination claims, including race, sex, sexual harassment, national origin, and religion; Wage and Hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state laws; non-competition agreements; employment contracts; and NLRB charges.
