The firm represents clients in all areas of employment and labor law and has provided legal consultation and litigation representation to private employers in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors in industries including aerospace, communications, and transportation The lawyers within this group can offer private-sector clients consultation and advice regarding day-to-day employment issues such as employee discipline, interviewing and hiring, grievance procedures and applications and the creation of personnel manuals.

The firm also handles litigation of employment matters and has represented employers in litigation or administrative proceedings in these areas: affirmative action plans and OFCCP audits; Americans with Disabilities Act; Age Discrimination in Employment Act; Department of Labor investigations; EEOC investigations and charges; Title VII discrimination claims, including race, sex, sexual harassment, national origin, and religion; Wage and Hour matters under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state laws; non-competition agreements; employment contracts; and NLRB charges.
