Quincy Crochet / Member
Quincy Crochet is a Louisiana native who joined the firm after graduating from Loyola University. He defends personal injury and property damage claims brought against individuals and entities throughout Louisiana. These include product liability, toxic tort, premises liability, construction, and UM/UIM claims as well as lawsuits arising from automobile and transportation accidents and general insurance litigation. He has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts in many of these practice areas and others.
Mr. Crochet is a recipient of Martindale Hubbell’s AV Preeminent rating. He is a member of a variety of organizations including the American Bar Association, where he recently held the position of Chair of the Product Liability Committee of ABA-TIPs. He also is an active member of DRI, where he currently serves on the Product Liability Steering Committee and previously served as the Chair of the Biomechanics & Injury Causation Specialized Litigation Group.
