Quincy Crochet / Member
Quincy Crochet is a Louisiana native who joined the firm after graduating from Loyola University. His areas of practice include products liability, retail and hospitality, and general insurance litigation. He has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials in state and federal courts in all of these practice areas and others. A substantial portion of his practice involves the representation of manufacturers of a broad array of products, including automobiles, recreational and off-road vehicles, heavy equipment, small engine machinery, industrial products, and consumer goods. He also defends businesses and property owners, including major retailers, in premises liability matters, as well as transportation litigation.
Mr. Crochet is a recipient of Martindale Hubbell’s AV Preeminent rating. He is a member of a variety of organizations including the American Bar Association, where he holds the position of Vice Chair-Elect of the Product Liability Committee of ABA-TIPs. He also is an active member of DRI, where he currently serves on the Product Liability Steering Committee.
