Steven M. Lozes / Attorney
Steven M. Lozes was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1978. He is admitted to practice before all federal and state courts in Louisiana.
Steven attended Louisiana State University from 1972 until 1975, followed by Tulane Law School (J.D. 1978), where he was a member of the Moot Court Board.
Steven has over 47 years of successful litigation practice including: Environmental Litigation involving mold and indoor air quality, property damages claims, including catastrophe cases, insurance coverage litigation; and general automobile both trucking and non-trucking liability cases, and premises liability.
Steven has also been active as a board member of the River Ridge Civic Association and has regularly judged moot court competitions involving dozens of law schools in the fields of Admiralty and Sports Law. Steven has served as a commercial arbitrator on a marine cargo claim, and in uninsured motorists claims.
