Polly Finley Barr / Associate
Paula “Polly” Barr joined McCranie Sistrunk Anzelmo Hardy McDaniel & Welch as an associate in the Covington Office in 2025. Before joining the firm, Polly was an active-duty Judge Advocate in the U.S. Army JAG Corps. As a judge advocate, she most recently served as a Trial Attorney with the Army Contract Litigation & Intellectual Property Division at Fort Belvoir, VA. Polly has also served in support of the 101st Airborne Division, the Joint Readiness Training Center, and the 10th Mountain Division.
Polly received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in English from Louisiana State University in 2013. In 2016, she received a Juris Doctorate and a Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. While in Law School, Polly served as the Notes and Comments Editor of the LSU Journal of Energy Law & Resources.
Polly is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
