The firm’s lawyers are exposed to legal matters involving the life sciences and regularly utilize their skills in the defense of matters where experts from this area are needed and in the defense of matters where the methodology and/or products associated with a particular life science are at issue.  Types of matters defended include those against manufacturers of chemical products where the product is claimed to be adulterated, manufacturers of surgical devices, providers/manufacturers of sterile devices, manufacturers of therapeutic devices, manufacturers of cleaning supplies, manufacturers of dental devices, providers of animal feed, manufacturers of bioscience products used in the agricultural setting, pharmaceutical dispensers and providers of services within the Life Sciences area.
