Mary W. Dale / Advisory Member

Mary Dale joined McCranie Sistrunk Anzelmo Hardy McDaniel & Welch as an associate in the Covington office in 2017.  She practices in the areas of products liability defense, insurance defense and general civil litigation.  Mary has assisted with complex litigation and substantial discovery disputes in Louisiana and other jurisdictions.  She has been involved in all phases of litigation, including discovery, preparing procedural and dispositive motions, and conducting and defending depositions.  Mary’s products liability experience has involved representation of manufacturers in the automotive, heavy machinery, industrial equipment, and home product industries.

Mary graduated from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center where she was the recipient of the Katherine and Camille Gravel Law Scholarship, the James A. Shafranski Memorial Scholarship, and the Shirley & Allen L. Smith, Jr. Endowed Scholarship.

Mary is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts as well as the United States Eastern, Middle, and Western District Courts of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
