Julianne Echols joined the firm in 2018 in the New Orleans office. Prior to her joining the firm she has practiced for many years in the areas of medical malpractice for the State of Louisiana and the Patient’s Compensation Fund across the state, product liability, admiralty and maritime, multi-party asbestos defense, construction law, mass tort litigation, insurance defense and general civil litigation. She has first-chaired civil litigation through pre-trial motions, depositions, expert depositions, motions in limine and motions for summary judgment, jury selection, trials and the appellate process. During her law school education, she externed for then Magistrate Lance Africk writing opinions for the various discovery matters, social security claims and 1983 actions for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District.

Ms. Echols is rated “AV” Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell and is admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts as well as the United States Eastern, Middle, and Western District Courts of Louisiana.
