Roy Beard has extensive experience in litigating personal injury and insurance disputes in state and federal court in Southeast Louisiana. He maintains a diversified practice and has been involved in litigation ranging from premises liability to actions arising out of the Oil Well Lien Act. Over the past twenty-five years, he has tried to conclusion over 250 premises liability cases in state and federal court. He has also tried several trucking cases to successful results in federal court. He has lectured at various CLE seminars and given numerous client educational seminars. Prior to joining McCranie Sistrunk Anzelmo Hardy McDaniel & Welch, he was a member of McGlinchey Stafford (1998-2001).
